Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Tiny Club Manager does not send your game data to the developer: everything you create in the game stays on your device. On Android, buying the full game is handled by Google Play.

Who is responsible

Tiny Club Manager is developed by Carlos Bargues Carot (Kalgator), an independent developer based in Spain. For any question about this policy, write to support@kalgator.com.

What the game stores

The game saves the following only on your own device, so that you can carry on playing:

None of this reaches the developer. There is no account to create and no sign-in.

What the game does not do

Buying the full game on Android

On Android the download is free and you can play the first season. To keep playing, you can buy the full game once, inside the game, through Google Play.

Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy, and the developer never sees your card details. The game connects to Google Play only to make the purchase and to check that it is yours, and it may keep a record of it on your device so that the full game stays unlocked.

Exporting a saved game

If you choose to export a saved game, the game creates a file on your device. That file only goes wherever you decide to send it.

Links and other companies

Some buttons in the game open links, such as Discord or the Steam store, in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

The store you get the game from, such as Google Play or Steam, may process data about your account and your purchase under its own policy. On Steam, achievements and cloud saves are handled by Valve. Stores give developers sales records and statistics, such as the order number, date, amount and country. They are used only for accounting, tax obligations and support, and are kept for as long as the law requires.

Deleting your data

Because your data is only on your device, you control it: uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it. Copies you have exported yourself, or cloud saves on Steam, must be deleted separately. Uninstalling does not remove your purchase, which stays linked to your store account.

Children

The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Purchases on Google Play are subject to the rules and parental controls of your Google account.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no trackers. Like any web server, it may briefly record technical data such as your IP address in order to work and stay secure.

Your rights

If you write to us, we will use your email only to reply. You can ask to access or delete it at any time, and you may complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Changes

If this policy changes, for example because a future version adds online features, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
